Initial Consultation

Let's talk!  The Initial Consultation is a first step to discuss what you and your family are struggling with, your expectations and to get to know me and how I can help.

1:1  Coaching-Assessment & Action Plan

 We will work together to create a custom Action Plan tailored to meet your family's needs.  We will establish goals towards achieving the success and happiness you are looking for in your home and environment.

Coaching Sessions

Through Coaching Sessions we will put your action plan to work.  Together we will push past your feelings of overwhelm and begin restoring resilience and regulation in your child through securing the parent child relationship.  I provide services locally in home and via Google Meets.

The free Initial Consultation usually lasts between 10 and 30 minutes and is dependent on your needs.  

The Action Plan is up to 1.5 hours of client and coach time  

Coaching Sessions are each an hour long.  There is no minimum amount of sessions required  

6 week Intensive Package You have full coaching sessions and full access to direct communication with myself
